Cajun Frank Fontenot and BBQ Master Steve Meyen will be cooking up a “Good Ole Hometown Seafood Boil” for the shoot this year. Louisiana Lighting…Ron Guidrey, has nothing on Louisiana Frank when it comes to Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, Crawfish…….and all the trimmings. This menu will be EPIC………..cooked to perfection by a Master Louisianan. Not a seafood lover, or Allergic? We have you covered………….BBQ Steve will spin up his famous BBQ chicken for those not wanting seafood. No matter what, our menu is always the best of any shoot in the area, and 2026 will be no different. Come hungry!
